Terms of payement
On booking 30% of total pay by credit card or wire transfer; 30 days before rental period starts 70% of total pay by credit card or wire transfer; Security deposit euro 300,00 due on arrival (will be returned before departure).
Arrivals/Departures rules
Arrivals: saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Departures: saturday by 10:00 a.m.
